this is one of the best submissions ive ever seen EVER..its called a flying scissor heel hook and it was done by ryo chonan(still active in ufc)to anderson silva(now middleweight ufc champ)...this was also the last time silva was beat..PRIDE FC muthafuckaaa!

Soooo rough ... heel hooks really hurt the knee ... If chonan wasn't such a gentleman, Silva would have left the arena on crutches. He released it right away.
